Account Deletion Request

We understand you may wish to delete your With Gratitude account and associated data. We're here to help with that process.

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

- Verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.

- Proceed with the deletion of your account and personal data from our systems. This process may take up to 30 days.

- Notify you once the deletion process is complete.

Important Information

- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

- Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will no longer be linked to your personal identity.

- If you have any active subscriptions, please manage them through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before requesting account deletion, as we cannot manage these on your behalf.
